Supplemental Terms

These Supplemental Terms apply to the Teacher Transition Job Search Dashboard at jobs.teachertransition.com (the “Job Search Dashboard”), operated by Idealized Learning LLC.

1. How These Terms Fit Together

These Supplemental Terms add to our Terms of Use, which apply in full to the Job Search Dashboard and are incorporated here by reference. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy also apply.

Where these Supplemental Terms conflict with the Terms of Use, these control for the Job Search Dashboard only. Where either conflicts with the Refund Policy on a billing question, the Refund Policy controls. Everything in the Terms of Use that is not restated here still applies, including eligibility, the content licence, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

2. Availability

The Job Search Dashboard is offered to people in the United States and Canada, and carries only roles located in the US or Canada.

3. Your Account

Most accounts are created automatically when you sign up or purchase through our checkout pages. You can also register directly for a free account.

The Job Search Dashboard signs you in using a one-time link sent to your email rather than a password. Because of that, anyone with access to your inbox can access your account. Keep your email secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has gained access.

When your plan changes we sign you out of all devices so that what you see matches your current plan. You simply sign in again.

4. Plans

The Job Search Dashboard offers three tiers: Free Board, Membership Lite, and Full Membership. Paid plans are billed monthly, and current pricing is shown at checkout.

What each plan includes, including how many listings you can open, Job Tracker limits, and AI credit allowances, is shown in the Job Search Dashboard and may change. Job counts are approximate and depend on how many roles are live that week. We do not promise a specific number of listings.

When you move between tiers, in either direction, the listings allocated to you are cleared and replaced with your new plan’s allocation. Listings from your previous plan do not carry over.

We may change what each plan includes. If a change materially reduces what you receive, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you first.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Idealized Learning LLC is the merchant of record. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as Teacher Transition. The Job Search Dashboard application does not collect or store payment card information.

Paid plans renew automatically each month, on the anniversary of your purchase date, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. If we change the price we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to your renewal.

You can cancel at any time yourself from the Student Portal. If you would rather have us do it, email [email protected] and we will take care of it. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.

If a payment fails, your subscription may end and your account may move to the Free plan. We do not operate a formal grace period or automatic retry, so please keep your payment details current.

Job Search Dashboard subscriptions and AI credits are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.

6. Job Listings

Please read this section carefully.

• We collect listings from public third-party sources. Our system reads companies’ public careers pages and republishes roles relevant to educator career transitions. Listings include substantial portions of the employer’s own posting text, largely as the employer wrote it.
• We are not the employer. We do not post these roles, do not control them, and have no relationship with the hiring company unless we say otherwise. The text and any trademarks in a listing belong to the employer.
• We do not guarantee accuracy or availability. Titles, locations, salary ranges, and descriptions come from the source and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. A role may already be filled.
• You apply on the employer’s own site. We never submit an application on your behalf. What happens after you click is between you and that employer.
• Listings may be removed at any time. We re-check listings daily and deactivate those that are filled or gone. We may remove any listing at our discretion.
• Company logos come from a third-party service and are a best-effort match, not an endorsement.

7. Removal Requests

If you are an employer or rights holder and believe a listing, description, or logo should be removed, email [email protected] with the subject line “Job Search Dashboard Removal Request”. Include the URL, what you want removed, the reason, and confirmation that you are authorised to ask.

We review these promptly and will remove or correct content where the request is well founded, and we may remove a listing while we review. Employers may also ask us to stop carrying their listings altogether, and we will honour that.

8. AI Tools and Scores

The Job Search Dashboard includes AI-powered tools. The disclaimer on AI features in Section 9 of the Terms of Use applies to all of them. In addition:

You own your content. Your resume, cover letters, profile, and notes remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the Job Search Dashboard, including sending relevant parts to our AI providers when you use a tool. Our Privacy Policy explains what is sent.

We do not claim ownership of AI output generated for you.

Match scores are not AI and are not predictions. Your Career Fit Score, Skills Gap Insights, and Matched Roles come from our own formulas comparing your profile against listing text. They are estimates, not forecasts and not promises.

Credits are a usage allowance, not currency, and have no cash value. Credits included with a plan reset on a schedule shown in the Job Search Dashboard, do not roll over, and end when your paid plan ends. Credits you buy separately stay on your account if you cancel or downgrade and work again if you rejoin a paid plan, but cannot be used on the Free plan where the AI tools are unavailable. Credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

9. Additional Conduct Rules

The conduct rules in Section 8 of the Terms of Use apply here, including the ban on scraping, harvesting, or bulk-downloading any part of the Services and on reselling our data.

For the Job Search Dashboard you also may not use automated tools to submit applications or generate documents in bulk, circumvent plan limits or credit caps, or share your login or sign-in links. Accounts are for one person.

If we suspend or close your account for breaking these rules, you lose access for the rest of your paid period along with any credits on your account, including purchased credits that would otherwise survive under Section 8, and no refund is due.

10. Coaching and Community

One-to-one coaching is sold separately and is not included in any Job Search Dashboard plan, though members may be offered a discounted rate. Coaching purchases are non-refundable under our Refund Policy.

Coaching and community access are not employment services, recruitment, or placement, and coaching is guidance rather than professional legal, financial, or immigration advice.

Treat other members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or soliciting members. We may moderate or remove any post and remove anyone from the community at our discretion. What other members post is theirs, not ours.

11. Advertising

Some banners on the Job Search Dashboard are paid placements, meaning the business featured pays us to appear there, and they are marked as advertising. A placement is not an endorsement, and any purchase you make is between you and that business.

12. We Are Not a Recruiting Agency

Teacher Transition is not a recruiting agency, staffing firm, employment agency, or placement service. We do not place you in jobs, and there is no job guarantee. The disclaimer on employment outcomes in Section 9 of the Terms of Use applies here in full.

13. Changes and Termination

If your paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan rather than being deleted. We may suspend or terminate access under Sections 4 and 8 of the Terms of Use.

If we discontinue the Job Search Dashboard or retire a paid tier, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, we will not charge you for any renewal after that notice, and we will keep your access running until the end of the period you have already paid for.
