Why are you moving the membership to a new platform? It's simple ... Because you deserve the best! At Teacher Transition, we’re always working to improve your experience. Our new platform makes everything smoother—from easier access to resources and coaching calls, a guided learning path and exciting features on the horizon like 1:1 support. This isn’t just a tech upgrade—it’s a way for us to serve you even better as you move into the work you really want next.

Do I have to transfer my membership? Yes! To continue accessing all your resources, coaching calls, and upcoming upgrades, you’ll need to transfer your membership to the new platform. It’s a quick process, and it ensures you won’t miss a beat on your career journey.

When should I transfer? The sooner, the better. Please make the move as soon as possible so you don’t miss out on new features and upcoming coaching calls. Plus, we don’t want your access to lapse!

What happens if I don’t transfer? Access to our old platform (Thinkific) will be going away soon. If you haven’t transferred by then, you won’t be able to log in or access your membership content until the move is complete. Your membership won’t be canceled—but you’ll need to complete the transfer to regain full access.

How do I transfer my membership? It's simple! Click the "Transfer Now" button above. You'll be guided through a few quick steps to confirm your details and set up your access on the new platform.

How long will the transfer process take? The process itself should only take a 3 minutes to complete.

Is the transfer process difficult? Not at all! We've designed it to be as straightforward as possible. Just follow the on-screen prompts after clicking the transfer button.

Will I need to create a new password? Yes, as part of setting up your account on the new secure platform, you will likely need to create a new password. Please follow the instructions during the transfer process.

Billing and Membership

Do I need to enter my payment details again? Yes, to ensure seamless billing on the new platform and for maximum security, you will need to re-enter your payment details during the transfer process.

Is it secure to enter my payment details on the new platform? Absolutely. The new platform uses industry-standard encryption and secure processing to protect your payment information. Your security is a top priority.

What happens to my current subscription and billing cycle? Completing the transfer step moves your active subscription and its billing cycle to the new platform. Your billing date may change (adjusted for any credits or free days).

Will I be charged twice? No. Once you transfer, your billing will be managed through the new platform, and billing via the old platform will cease.

How does the credit for my remaining membership time work? If you have unused, paid time remaining on your current subscription when you transfer, we will automatically calculate this amount. It will be credited to your account on the new platform, effectively extending your membership duration. This credit is typically applied within 5 business days after you successfully transfer. No extra action is needed from you!

How do the 7 free days work? As a thank you for making the move, 7 bonus days will be automatically added to your membership on the new platform once your transfer is complete. This will extend your next renewal date by one week.

Accessing the New Platform

Will I lose my progress or completed modules? Your progress won’t transfer, but don’t worry—all course videos and resources are available on the new platform (now even better organized), so you can easily jump back in where you left off.

Will all the same content and resources be available? Yes! All the valuable content, training, coaching calls, and resources you rely on will be available on the new LMS, plus the new features we've added.

When can I start using the new platform? RIGHT AWAY! You can log in and start exploring the new platform immediately after you complete the transfer process!

Will my login details be the same? You will use the email address associated with your membership. However, as mentioned, you will likely need to set a new password for the new platform during the transfer process for security reasons.
