Important Notice Regarding Your Purchase Your purchase confirms your agreement to our Terms of Use and Refund Policy, which outline key information regarding refunds, payment plans, and subscriptions.

Courses: Our self-paced courses come with a 7-day refund period, starting from the date of purchase. Refunds must meet the following conditions:
- Less than 25% of the course content has been completed.
- No significant portion of proprietary materials (e.g., templates, workbooks, exclusive resources) has been downloaded.
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- A $50 processing fee applies to all approved refunds to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
Mini-Courses: Due to their digital nature and low cost, mini-courses are non-refundable.
One-on-One Services: Fees for personalized coaching, consulting, mentoring, or resume review sessions that have already been scheduled or completed are non-refundable. For coaching packages, partial refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and may be subject to an administrative fee.
Memberships: Memberships are a recurring monthly subscription and are non-refundable. To avoid additional charges, you are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date.
